Experian is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Human Resources Specialist to support the integration of HR processes throughout the entire acquisition journey. The ideal candidate will have an analytical profile, organized and adaptable, with a focus on conducting and supporting Human Resources processes.
Requirements
- Due diligence of people: analysis of all HR documents
- Integration planning: design the integration plan for all HR areas
- Monitoring the integration: monitor the activities of HR areas in the process of mapping all processes and policies of the acquired company
- Process facilitation: act as a facilitator for the integration to occur, supporting all HR areas and connecting activities, themes, and dependencies to other areas of the company
- Database management: manage the employee database that will be used to upload to Serasa systems
- Risk and labor compliance: mitigation of exposures, internal audit monitoring, and adherence to local obligations
- Change management and communication: structure the onboarding, narrative, FAQs, communications, sessions with leaders, management of doubts/noises and active listening
- Supporting talent management: support the HRBP in managing key people
- Metrics and monitoring: integration indicators (adherence to deadlines, volume of calls, turnover, engagement/pulse, incident leaf, etc.) and executive report
