Senior Data Modeller

We are looking for a Senior Data Modeller to join our Analytics Team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will develop and validate analytical solutions for diverse clients, present results to stakeholders, and support more junior team members. The role requires a degree in a numerical discipline and 3+ years of experience in Python, as well as good communication skills and experience with BI Tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Requirements

• Data extraction and data processing
• Develop, manage credit risk models, including application, behavioral, and collection scoring models
• Evaluate the performance of the trained models and presentation of the results to stakeholders
• Produce ad-hoc analysis on the available datasets or developed models
• Work on proof-of-concept projects to support client needs
• Oversee the day to day work of more junior team members
• Identify opportunities for automation and follow them through internally within the team and towards external stakeholders
