We are seeking a Lead Resident Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role, and will be able to provide excellent service to residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and staff
- Provide personalized solutions to customer needs and requests
- Answer phones and take messages in a timely manner
- Coordinate services for residents, including transportation and errand running
- Maintain security of the community and follow procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean reception and lobby area
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
- Be able to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
