Wellness Nurse (Flexible Hours)

The Experience Senior Living Team is comprised of dynamic professionals that are fueled by their passion to empower people as they grow older to live life to the fullest. We are looking for a Wellness Nurse to join our amazing team!

Requirements

• Servant Leadership directs all aspects of decision making
• Assure that all care partners and medication assistants are familiar with the residents’ individual conditions
• Implements plans of care recommended by the Resident Wellness Director
• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license(LVN/LPN preferred)
• Two (2) years’ experience in a senior living environment preferred
