Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman to join our MEP construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in preparing detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for MEP projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the MEP construction field, specifically in HVAC drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools (knowledge of Revit is a plus)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct routing, chilled water piping, equipment layouts, etc.
- Familiar with MEP coordination, local authority guidelines (e.g., ADDC, ADM), and industry best practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
