Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP QA/QC Engineer to oversee and implement quality assurance and control procedures across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (attested in UAE).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within MEP projects, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, SEWA) and international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.
- Experienced in preparing and handling ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, MARs, NCRs, and handover documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project handover requirements, particularly in government, high-end residential, and commercial developments.
