Job Description
We are hiring a Process / Production Technologist for a well-established bakery and confectionery manufacturing company. The role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes while ensuring consistent product quality and food safety compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Process / Production Technologist in bakery or confectionery manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of dough-based and sugar-based products such as cookies, biscuits, cakes, pastries, and related items
- Hands-on experience with industrial production lines and process optimization
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems
