Role Overview

This Manufacturing Engineering Process/Support Engineer vacancy presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop and grow their skills and knowledge within a thriving organisation. The job holder will be engaged in a wide variety of Engineering process operations and acting as the first line of production support during the manufacture and assembly of satellite components, sub assemblies and structures.

What You Will Do

Perform digital assignment of Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) to BOM hardware, monitor operational process performance, support the production team, lead investigation and first closure of operational non-conformances, and undertake small-scale continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, or equivalent, with proven practical Engineering & manufacturing knowledge and experience
• Assembly/Manufacturing Work Instructions
• Rework Work Instructions
• Blue Lines (Process Clarification to Production)
• Red Lines (Process Modifications)
• Continuous improvement solutions
• Experience working in a high quality Spacecraft Production (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration & Test) environment
• General knowledge of Space systems, validation and verification
