PMO Engineer

Role Overview

Within the Delivery Operations team, you will occupy the role of PMO Engineer, contributing to the good management of projects by supporting project managers, ensuring the follow-up of schedules, budgets, deliverables and risks, while facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Support project managers in the follow-up and update of management tools, follow key performance indicators, manage project documentation, coordinate exchanges between internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Higher education degree Bac+5 (engineering school or university) in project management, engineering or equivalent
• Successful first experience in the follow-up and coordination of technical projects, ideally in the industrial or aeronautical sector
• Master project planning and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI...)
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.)
• Rigor, sense of organization, and ability to work in a team in a matrix environment
• Good level of English
