Job description
Expleo is seeking an experienced Systems Lead / Requirements Manager to take technical ownership of complex engineering work packages within a defence and naval technology environment. This is a client-facing role, where you will represent Expleo in a professional engineering capacity, operating as a trusted technical partner.
Lead the technical direction and delivery of assigned work packages, act as a client-facing representative of Expleo, own and manage requirements across the full engineering lifecycle, and provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to junior engineers and team members.
The position requires a self-managing, proactive individual who can operate independently while contributing to a broader delivery team. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, managing priorities and deliverables independently.
