5+ years of HV systems integration experience, strong knowledge of high-voltage safety protocols, and experience with vehicle integration testing

4-6 years' experience in mechanical design, strong understanding of structural design, thermal systems, and electro-mechanical packaging

15-20 years quality experience in automotive/EV manufacturing, 5+ years leadership experience managing multiple quality functions, IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification (or equivalent)

6-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation or technical program management, strong understanding of manufacturing process development and line deployment

2-5 years of experience in field quality, service, or electrical commissioning—preferably in EV, automotive, or power sectors

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of ownership and agility in their work

Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering disciplines, 2+ years of experience in electromechanical system integration, and data analysis skills
