Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to develop sheet metal components and optimize packaging for the e^pump. You will drive structural and thermal designs that are efficient, cost-effective, and manufacturable while meeting safety and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Designing for weight, volume, thermal performance, and IP sealing while ensuring serviceability and manufacturability
• Performing conceptual designs, theoretical calculations, and tolerance stack analyses
• Developing and executing test plans to validate subsystems and full product performance
• Conducting root cause analyses (RCAs) for issues during testing and field deployment
• Collaborating with manufacturers, assembly teams, and mold designers to refine designs based on feedback
• Documenting the product development cycle from concept to production stabilization
