Senior Workday Developer

Role Overview

Join Autodesk's People Engineering team as a Senior Workday Developer to enhance and support Workday across various modules. You'll work closely with multiple teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions that improve employee experience and support Autodesk's global People strategy.

What You Will Do

Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations, develop and enhance Workday Extend applications, configure and support Core HCM, manage Benefits configuration, and support payroll integrations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules
• Strong expertise in Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs)
• Experience with Workday Extend (custom pages, model objects, app design)
• Solid understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and data transformation
• Deep knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Security, and Reporting
• Advanced reporting and calculated field development skills
• Strong understanding of global People and payroll processes
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
