
Job description
The Team Leader is responsible for the general operations of a property with 9 or fewer GSAs. They work alongside coworkers to ensure service standards are met or exceeded. The Team Leader has additional duties involving coordination and administration, troubleshooting, and providing guidance to the team.
The Team Leader ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently, allocates labor resources, and maintains accuracy and composure while handling guest/patient complaints. They also participate in 'The Show' and deliver 'Aggressive Hospitality' to guests/patients.
The Team Leader must be able to drive manual transmission, plan, set priorities, and manage several projects simultaneously. They must also maintain stability, dependability, and professionalism in changing and difficult situations.
