RECEPTIONIST CLERK

The Receptionist is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in a courteous, effective and timely manner. They will greet visitors, answer phone calls, maintain records, and perform various clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of standard office practices, office equipment, and computer fundamentals
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable practice
• Ability to read and write English and understand complex verbal and written instructions
