Job Description
Buckeye is seeking a Lead Accountant to provide advanced accounting support for a specific business segment. The role will be responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, detailed variance analysis, and performing inter-company accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline or equivalent experience
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years public accounting experience
- Significant proficiency utilizing MS Excel to perform accounting related tasks
- Experience with general ledger packages such as JD Edwards
- Exposure to analytic packages such as Cognos or Hyperion
- Prior utilization of trading software (e.g. Solarc Right Angle)
