Job Description
Under general supervision, performs routine medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Performs phlebotomy functions, maintains records, and adheres to laboratory quality control policies.
Requirements
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MT) certification
- Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or MLT with completion of school laboratory training
- Bachelor's degree in a science related field and completion of a clinical laboratory science, or medical technology program from an accredited institution with one (1) or more years of experience in clinical laboratory
- Ability to handle competing priorities, analyze problems, and work in a team environment
