Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Services Team Leader to oversee business office operations, coordinate patient benefits and payments, and support staff with business office related questions/problems. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of medical experience, and excellent computer and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of medical insurance and authorization processes
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in EPIC, Copia, PAD, Synapse, Allscripts and WebMedx
