Maintenance Technician
High school diploma or equivalent (plus post-secondary education). HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification (beneficial). Previous maintenance experience (internships/apprenticeships) is usually needed
Property Manager
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Proven property management/Tax Credit experience. Strong communication and organizational skills
Staff Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years accounting experience, 1-2 years LIHTC/affordable housing accounting. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Yardi Breeze
Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Prior bookkeeping experience, organizational skills, and attention to detail required
