Support daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and delivering operational excellence. Build customer relationships, present a structured sales process, and manage customer accounts.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn.
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus.
