Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, ensuring the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. This role is accountable for building customer relationships, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
