Job Description
Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations. Ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. Builds customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
