Store Manager

The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. The role requires building customer relationships, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Sale experience preferred
• Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
• High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
