The Store Manager oversees daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited direct supervision, ensuring high cleanliness standards and operational excellence. The role involves building customer relationships, managing customer accounts, and delivering sales objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Sale experience preferred
• Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
