Job Description
ExtraHop is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision support across the business. The role requires strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Lead development, refinement, and ownership of core SaaS metrics and KPIs
- Support and analyze key SaaS financial metrics
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic insights
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership
- Work closely with the CRO and Sales Operations on sales capacity planning
- Prepare staffing and productivity analyses
- Identify financial risks and opportunities
- Lead the design and delivery of executive-ready reporting
- Support consolidation of budgets and forecasts
- Drive reporting, forecasting, and process improvements
- Prepare materials for Monthly Reporting Packages and executive presentations
