Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
- Prior work experience in an office setting or providing customer service is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for problem solving and critical thinking, with the ability to learn new concepts and re-apply them in a dynamic and engaging environment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining a customer-first mindset and desire to help others.
- Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of expected results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.
