Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an Embedded Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in partnership with key company stakeholders through the development and sustainment of our diverse product lines. Requirements

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities of the team in support of all assigned product development efforts
• Lead and mentor a team of embedded hardware engineers
• Build and sustain a collaborative, high-performing team
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives affecting the Team
• Improve engineering tools, workflows, and processes
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Monitor and evaluate team performance
• Handle HR-related responsibilities
