Extreme Engineering Solutions is looking for an experienced electrical engineer to oversee broad aspects of product development within the engineering department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of seven (7+) years of experience in embedded engineering design development.
- Minimum of seven (7+) years of project or team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage engineering project development for customer-driven products as well as internally driven technology research and development projects.
- Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software engineering principles.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and solve complex problems.
- Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
