Job Description
Extreme is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to innovate with Generative AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Cloud Computing. The role involves defining the user journey, product vision, and technical roadmap for next-generation network management solutions. This is a greenfield opportunity to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable microservices and real-time inferencing systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience with distributed Big Data and ML platforms
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions
- Experience with Graph ML and Graph technologies
- Strong track record of end-to-end solution ownership
- 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale solutions on cloud platforms
