Job Description
ExxonMobil is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the launch of new CCS businesses and deliver definitive agreements in the low carbon space. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering or financial discipline and at least 10 years of experience in financial, commercial, and/or business development roles in Energy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or financial discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in financial, commercial, and/or business development roles in Energy
- Demonstrated ability to conclude definitive agreements at a Corporate level
- Expert knowledge of long-term upstream, midstream, product and / or transportation agreements in oil & gas or a related industry.
- Deep familiarity with project investment evaluation
- Strong analytical skills
- Masters Degree in business or finance
- Experience in obtaining Board level approval for complex inorganic transactions
- Experience developing and finalizing definitive long-term agreements
- Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated interest in energy transition business areas
