Commercial & Land Advisor - Federal New Mexico

As a Commercial & Land Advisor, you will handle land-related responsibilities in a designated geographic area with limited supervision. You will manage brokers for title research and due diligence, obtain Title Opinions, and cure defects. You will also review and draft leases, term assignments, and contracts, and assist with preparation of all necessary documents to drill exploratory and/or development wells.

Requirements

• Upstream oil and gas knowledge
• 3+ years of in-house land experience
• Bachelors in Energy Management/Energy Commerce, Law Degree, or Master of Business Administration
• Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver results in a performance-driven and team-oriented environment
