Job Description
ExxonMobil is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle, optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and ensure strong supplier and stakeholder alignment across categories. The role will be based in Bengaluru, India and will involve managing commercial delivery and quality assurance, contract lifecycle ownership and governance, category strategy and business alignment, supplier relationship and performance oversight, risk management and compliance, and operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience stream with minimum 6 CGPA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting, negotiations, vendor management, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of TCO analysis, sourcing levers, commercial models, and contract law fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple categories or portfolios
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
