ExxonMobil is seeking a Contracts Manager - Craft Labor to lead, develop, negotiate, and execute contracts across APAC/Europe/North America, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regional requirements. The role requires deep commercial acumen, strong legal awareness, and technical understanding of service/maintenance/fabrication contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience stream with minimum 6 CGPA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor contracting and negotiation or strategic sourcing, preferably in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, petrochemicals, chemical manufacturing or similar industry.
- Experience of handing one/multiple categories from Below list:Services - Civil Works/ Mechanical Works/ E&I Works/Hiring of equipment
- Develop clear, visually effective presentations and dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) to summarize key metrics, trends, and insights for leadership reviews, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional discussions.
- Assist in data-driven storytelling by analyzing operational/commercial data and converting it into concise briefing documents, talking points, and executive level insights for meetings and presentation decks.
