Experience in cost estimation, proposal execution, and project management in the oil and gas industry is required.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in EPC or Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation or proposal execution
- Strong understanding of cost estimating techniques and tools to evaluate competitiveness
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in the energy sector
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong presentation skills in English and MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to project team members and company leadership management
