Cost Estimation Engineer

Cost Estimation Engineer will prepare and review cost estimates for various projects, develop cost-effective solutions, and support project teams. The role requires strong understanding of cost estimating techniques, risk management, and industry standards. Experience in cost estimation, proposal execution, and project management in the oil and gas industry is required.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in EPC or Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation or proposal execution
• Strong understanding of cost estimating techniques and tools to evaluate competitiveness
• Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in the energy sector
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong presentation skills in English and MS Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to project team members and company leadership management
