Facility Engineer

As a Senior Facilities Engineer at ExxonMobil, you will provide technical expertise and support to the LaBarge-area Operating Organization across multiple engineering disciplines, and mentor and guide other engineers within the Wyoming Facilities Engineering team. You will be responsible for operations support, project management and execution, and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Oil and Gas or Petrochemicals engineering role with a focus on Gas Processing or Upstream Facilities
• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent understanding of document management processes and ability to manage small project drafting requirements in process, electrical, Instrumentation, controls, and mechanical disciplines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholders across operations, maintenance, engineering, and risk-management disciplines
