Job Description
As a Fuel Oil Analyst, you will provide high quality market analysis and strategic support to the European trading team. You will lead analytical coverage for High Sulfur Fuel Oil, Low Sulfur Fuel Oil, and other feedstocks, and develop and maintain cross regional perspectives to support multi desk trading strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a similar quantitative field
- Proven experience in Fuel Oil or feedstocks market analytics
- Strong understanding of global fuel oil flows, refining systems, bunker markets, and commodity pricing mechanisms
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI for analytics and visualization
