Job Description
This role is based out of the Jackson Dome, Mississippi area, and can be either a 5/2 or 7/7 schedule. The Lease Operator assists other Lease Operators with operating and inspecting pumping and wellhead equipment among other duties.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- A current valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Able to read and write in order to read pressure gauges and complete paperwork
- Basic computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office
- Strong adaptability skills
- Eager to learn
- Basic understanding of how to operate hand tools such as grease guns and wrenches, to lubricate or tighten equipment
