Legal Counsel

ExxonMobil is seeking an energetic, experienced, and commercially astute corporate attorney for a Law Department position. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing compliance support, and legal advice on various aspects of ExxonMobil's activities and operations in India and other parts of the world.

Requirements

• A Law degree from a reputable law school
• Three to six years of post-qualification experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong relationship building skills, self-confidence, flexibility, initiative and a strategic, pragmatic approach
• Strong analytical and research skills and ability to exercise sound business judgment
• Ability and desire to work both independently and as a member of an integrated team
