Job Description
We are seeking experienced candidates for LNG Freight Analysts to support our Global Gas and Power Analytics Trading teams. As a key trading resource, you will drive opportunity identification & capture via understanding supply/demand balances, economics, arbitrage analysis, tracking of specific commodity movements, trade flow analysis, and blending opportunities.
Requirements
- BS, BBA in engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, business (or equivalent)
- 5+ years experience in analysis field in trading shops, banks, funds, etc
- Strong numerical, analytical and modelling skills
- Ability to forecast and assess impact of market changes and business decisions
- Ability to make recommendations based on analysis
- Collaboration and leadership skills
- Solid proficiency in computer programming skills across Python, R, SQL, Tableau and SAP programs
