Job Description
ExxonMobil is seeking a highly experienced regulatory professional to lead the preparation and submission of commingling applications to the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division, the Federal Bureau of Land Management, and the New Mexico State Land Office. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across our New Mexico assets in the Delaware Basin.
Requirements
- Develop, submit, and secure approval of commingling applications for the NMOCD, BLM, and NMSLO
- Track and report progress from submission to approval, respond to agency inquiries
- Coordinate internal teams to gather, review, and update supporting data and documents to ensure all commingle submissions are complete, accurate, and meet regulatory requirements and agency standards
- Collaborate with multi-functional development teams to advise and align commingle plans involving new and existing facilities with multiple new and producing horizontal wellbores
