Regulatory Business Compliance Advisor

Regulatory Business Compliance Advisor is responsible for engaging with EMPS Sales and Marketing & Technology functions to assess related Chemical Management information to support our customers and maintain compliance across the markets and segments we operate.

Requirements

• Bachelors/ master’s degree in science or technology from a recognized university with minimum GPA 7.0
• Industry professionals with a strong background in Lubricants with deep technological expertise and Product Stewardship Compliance experience
• REACH dossier development, submission and compliance experience
• Deep expertise in product and chemical regulations across globe
• Petrochemical laboratory, quality control, and manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with regulations for Chemical Classification and Labelling (GHS/CLP) and Product Transportation Classification
• Excellent communication skills
