Reliability & Maintenance System Analyst

As a Reliability & Maintenance System Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to Reliability & Maintenance systems, and collaborate with delivery teams, Product Owners, and global teams to ensure clear communication of system changes and alignment with architectural guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Computer/IT other relevant engineering disciplines
• Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in SAP Plant Maintenance or SAP Enterprise Asset Management
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to document requirements, process flows, and test scenarios
• Quick learner with a growth mindset, comfortable working with new tools and in cross functional teams
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance from the System Architect
• Effective communication skills for engaging with technical teams and global stakeholders
