Job Description
Research Lab Technician at ExxonMobil in Brussels, Belgium. Collaborate with polymer and performance liquids customer and application teams to develop sustainable solutions. Perform mechanical, physical, and analytical tests, prepare and process polymer formulations, and conduct in-depth analytical and physical evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Production Technology, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong observation/reporting skills
- Effective communication and teamwork; flexibility to support colleagues when needed
- Initiative, proactivity, and a passion for learning
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (documentation and daily interactions). Additional languages are a plus.
