Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree (in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Production/Industrial, Electrical & Electronics, Petroleum, Plastic are preferred)
- Minimum 3 years to maximum 9 years of relevant experience required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible for managing sales operations or coordinating inside sales efforts
- Strong prioritization skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Confident in decision-making and navigating ambiguity
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Exposure to external stakeholders and market dynamics
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation potential
- Interest in leading process improvement and automation efforts
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership of tasks
