Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Process Control Applications Engineer to join our team in Joliet, IL. As a senior process control resource, you will provide technical expertise and mentoring across business teams. You will develop and support basic and advanced process control applications to enhance plant process safety, operability, and profitability.
Requirements
- BS Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree
- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing / operating plant environment
- Knowledge of refining/chemical processes with 10 + years working experience in petrochemical industry
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory and advanced controls of manufacturing processes
- Experience with DMC, RMPCT/Profit Controller or similar model predictive control technology, and/or real-time optimizers
- Knowledge of Honeywell TDC 3000 and/or Experion process control system
