AI and Data Manager

As an AI and Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients with design and execution of high-impact projects. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, design and implement advanced analytics models, and develop AI solutions that help organisations protect and unlock value from their data.

Requirements

• Manage delivery of AI and Data projects from inception to completion, consistently ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI and data solutions that drive value and achieve strategic objectives.
• A solid understanding of cybersecurity, data strategy, data governance, and AI.
• A solid understanding and practical use with SQL and an understanding of tools and platforms such as Python, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Power BI.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• An ability and experience in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Hold a degree in one of or a similar field; Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
