As a Payroll Analyst, you will help clients identify risk areas and opportunities for sustainable planning throughout the payroll cycle, and support compliance with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Requirements

• Higher education studying or completed in: Accounting; Administration or HR;
• Active experience in payroll processing;
• Experience in calculating payroll, admission, vacations, termination, 13th salary, vacations, disputes, payroll accounting, terminations, and benefits, E-social, social encargos;
• Knowledge of labor and social security laws;
• Experience with the Protheus system;
• Knowledge of the Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
• Familiarity with Excel and complex formulas;
