Job Description
We are seeking to recruit Assistant Directors to strengthen and grow our valuations capability in the TMT and Life Sciences sectors. The role will cover valuations of all types including for commercial, tax, litigation and financial reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Prior experience within your chosen sector of either TMT or Life Sciences
- A technical background in valuations or a financial qualification such as CFA, ACA, ASA and/or a business university degree
- The ability to articulate a narrative around value and support it with robust analysis
- Well-honed communications skills and the ability to collaborate well with people and teams
- Energetic, lateral thinker with an enquiring mind and a commercial risk aware approach
- Analytical skills and attention to detail including modelling and first-class numeracy
- Intellectual rigour, agility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Experience of business development activities for example proposal preparation, participation in pitches and building/nurturing client relationships
