Requirements

• Extensive experience in transactions/finance function as a consultant with a Big 4 or Management Consultancy firm
• Being a qualified accountant – ACA, CIMA, or internationally recognised equivalent finance qualification
• Strong academics and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills across the deal lifecycle – with specific focus on operational due diligence and value creation
• Ability to demonstrable analytical skills
• Experience of being a change agent in previous roles
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Skilled in decision-making
• Experience of leading & supporting a team
• Commercially curious and committed to learning
