Associate Vice President - SaT - TMT - SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy - Mumbai

We are seeking an Associate Vice President to join our SaT - TMT - SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Consulting/PE/VC firms and a Master of Business Administration degree from a Tier 1 college. The role involves commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and feasibility studies for private equity and corporates.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience (post MBA) in Consulting/PE/VC firms
• Master of Business Administration degree from a Tier 1 college
• Primary delivery responsibility in the execution of both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements
• Working on commercial due diligence, growth strategy and feasibility studies for private equity and corporates
• Involved in various business development initiatives such as preparation of pitch documents, industry notes, scope of work, etc
• End to end execution of engagements in specified sectors
• Develop thought leadership and knowledge artifacts on relevant sectors
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
• Sharp focus on quality delivery
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment
• Professional network and networking skills
• Client relationship management and account management skills
• Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts (if with relevant consulting experience)
• Ability to work with tight timelines
• Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client
• Willingness to travel within India and abroad
